Welcome to the website of ProLearn India (“Institute”). If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern the Institute’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘ProLearn’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is at ProLearn India Office, 25, Karve Road Ayurved Rasashala Campus, Erandwane, Pune – 411004. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.

Terms and conditions

  1. This disclaimer governs your use of the Institute’s website, and you agree and accept the use of the services provided by the Institute under the disclaimer. If you disagree with any part of the disclaimer, you must not use the Institute’s website. You further accept and acknowledge that the use of the services provided by the Institute is at your sole risk.
  2. You shall ensure that you will not indulge in any unlawful activities while using the service or ask the Institute to break any Police and/or Government rules for any purpose whatsoever. The Institute has the right to refuse such a request made by you.
  3. You agree and acknowledge that the use of the services offered by the Institute is at your sole risk and that the Institute disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. The Institute will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of a force majeure event. Further, you acknowledge that the Institute will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, or anticipated savings, use or production. You also accept and acknowledge that the Institute will not be liable to you in respect of any loss of business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill. The Institute disclaims all liability and responsibility for, and you accept and acknowledge that the Institute shall not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage. The Institute shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service offered by the Institute, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  5. The Institute shall be entitled to terminate your request for services at any time without giving any reason.
  6. If you have any complaint in respect of the services, you must inform the Institute of the same in writing within 24 hours of using the services furnished by the Institute.
  7. You agree to indemnify and keep harmless the Institute from any conduct of third parties and accept and acknowledge that the Institute shall not be responsible or liable for the said conduct or any consequences thereof.
  8. Systematic retrieval of the Institute content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) without written permission from the Institute is prohibited. In addition, use of the content for any purpose not expressly permitted by the Institute in these Terms is prohibited and may invite legal action.

Assignment

These Terms and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by the Institute without restriction.

All the Terms and Conditions so enumerated above are governed by the laws of India. Any matters arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune.
